We are Houston's leading boutique video litigation firm, with services available throughout Texas and North America.

The PRINCIPALS
Jason Thomas
From an early age, Jason has had an entrepreneurial spirit and a camera in hand. He learned what it takes to run his own business in his family's machine shop as a child. Coupling this ambition to develop his own company with his innate creativity, he began making short films on his parents' camcorder.
After working for other tech media companies, Jason took his drive and passion for litigation and film media to create Advantage Video Services in 1998. Since then, the company has grown, incorporating the newest technology in the industry. It now operates as AV Litigation.
Meredith Thomas
Meredith graduated from Sam Houston State University (Eat 'em up Kats!) with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Following college, she spent 13 successful years in the hospitality industry in several roles from event and conference planning to sales.
Meredith joined the AV Litigation team in 2019 to focus on growth and innovation of the company. Her experience in business and sales has provided a dynamic perspective. Her favorite part of the job is seeing a case through its full cycle from the early deposition stages to trial conclusion.
Avery Thomas
Avery joined the team in September 2016. Her office hobbies include playing fetch, naps and anything that involves treats.
Her job duties include greeting the mailman and guests daily and looking cute. Her favorite time during the workday is lunch time. She consistently has been named the company's "Employee of the Month".
